The 1st Virtual Board of Directors Meeting was held on April 8th, 2020 through Microsoft Teams due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The Board of Directors Participants were Mr. Ijaz Ashraf (BAPCO), Mr. Sami Al Sawagh (KOC) and Mr. Ali Al Abdulla (SAC). Unfortunately, most of the members not able to attend the meeting due to some technical issues in IT.
