The 3rd Virtual Board of Directors Meeting was held on December 20th, 2020 through Microsoft Teams, due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation. The Board of Directors ParticipantsIncluded Ijaz Ashraf (BAPCO), Mr. Sami Al Sawagh (KOC), Mr. Hamed Al Haddabi (PDO). Mr. Mohsen Al Zobi (KJO) and Mr. Steven Thomson (DPE). Apologies were received from Mr. Khalid Al Beshr (ADNOC), Mr. Ali Al Abdulla (SAC), and Mr. Ibrahim Hilal (SA) who were not able join the Meeting due other urgent Commitments.
